Yesterday I left early with my youngest son Bill to drive to Scott Air Force base. We met up with my grandson and his family and picked up my oldest son Rob from the nursing home. We finally got there and after parking we rode a shuttle to close to the flight line. It was a comfortable day but so cloudy we were afraid they would cancel. They didn't do all the things that they usually do because they kept getting lost in the clouds but what we saw was great. About halfway through my son Rob started feeling bad so we took him to first aid and they found his blood sugar was dangerously high so they took him to the hospital by ambulance. After the show we took his wheelchair and jacket back to the nursing home and checked on him. They are keeping him for a couple of days until he's stable again. He was so disappointed to miss the rest of the show and so were we.

3 guys parachuting.

You can barely see the planes. They went over so fast my camera couldn't catch them.

Sophia loved watching the people as well as the airplanes.

Bill picked up a new hat from the VFW booth.

I missed the plane and got some of the people. There was a long line to tour the plane in the back ground.

There was always a crowd around this missle plane.

In the hanger we found this glider. Cute but not my way to fly.

Leaving the parking lot we spotted this pet carrier on this car with a stuffed dog hanging out.

Air shows are awesome, and I am sorry about the medical emergency.
Looks like a nice air show
