Things aren't going too well for former child star Amanda Bynes. She has been involved in some hit and runs and was allegedly caught smoking out of a pipe while behind the wheel! Needless to say, this girl should not be driving and, luckily, she had her license suspended. Of course, what can you expect from someone who felt that they were worthy of a Presidential pardon? To the surprise of absolutely no one, Bynes was caught behind the wheel (again), but this time had her car impounded.

People magazine confirmed the information, a police officer telling them, "I can confirm that Amanda Bynes was cited at approximately 8:20 a.m. Sunday for driving with a suspended license. Her car was impounded and she received a misdemeanor citation. She was not arrested. I believe she was by herself. This occurred on Hollywood Way, just south of the main entrance to the Bob Hope Airport."
As one can imagine, people probably weren't too happy to hear that a celebrity was, yet again, able to walk free. However, a fellow former child star seemed to take the news personally!
After catching wind of Byne's latest debacle, Lindsay Lohan tweeted, "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?"
Lindsay Lohan has appeared to turn her life around, but there was a time when the former Disney star was able to get away with a lot in Hollywood, too. Bynes will likely have to pay for her crimes, but in due time. Obviously, something is wrong with Bynes to continue to so blatantly break the law. It seems as though she is unable to take responsibility for her actions (including, as mentioned above, tweeting the President for a pardon). While jail may not help her, she obviously needs some sort of help fast.
