Kate Middleton photo bring lawsuits against a French magazine, and now, an Italian magazine threatens to print the nude photos of the Duchess. The world sees a gentle, young Princess who will someday be the Queen of England, yet these photos are not the Kate Middleton we have come to know.
It is unfortunate that rag magazines take advantage of Kate Middleton's wilder days as a young woman. Wouldn't it be nice if these magazines would forego the nasties and just give us photos of Kate Middleton as we know her now?
Unfortunately, we live in a world that thrives on smut. So smut magazines give us what we want.
The palace is not taking this lightly, and they plan to sue.

A bit late, as the photographs were already published.
This was only for those that were published in France. The Italian and Irish publications are another story.
The woman was in a private villa, well away from the road. She was silly to trust that she would not be seen by papparazi with extremely high spec lenses. After Diana's unfortunate brushes with the French Paps, as well as silly Sarah Ferguson - she should have been more circumspect.
I don't think it was right that she was photographed - but, really, commonsense should make the RF very, very careful when on French soil.
