Deleting or Disapproving of a Liberal

I like the option of approving comments before they appear on you post. There are so many people who truly disrespect others because of an opposing opinion. Every time I have left the comment section open on a political post, some liberal makes the debate personal.

Liberals claim to be tolerate and open-minded.  This is nothing but a lie. They enjoy making fun of Christians, conservatives, Republicans, and those who disagree with Obama on any subject.  When it comes to these groups, one can see that liberals are very closed minded, and full of hate.

It amazes me that liberals hate to have their opinions deleted or disapproved. I guess that is why I love these options so much. LOL! Anyway I have no time for those who have disrespected me in the past.  Also I look at things this way; if something rubs a liberal the wrong way, it must be a good thing.

I know what you mean. I have removed comments that hit me the wrong way and gotten called things like "nasty comment deleter". Or one comment, "Better agree with her, or your comment will be deleted." It's not that people didn't agree with me, it's that they had to be derogatory about the subject--yes, they probably didn't agree with me, but their tone in their comment is not something that I would want to leave on my post.

They always say you deleted them over a disagreement. They will then lie about name calling like a third grader.

As You all know if someone comes on my posts and gets abusive They will be deleted. I see no reason to put up with the crap. They can whine about it all they want. I just don't feel That Folks that comment on my posts have to put up with the foul name calling and personal attacks.

I get it. I always delete people who use the offensive name for TEA party members and it makes them angry. Solution? Don't be offensive then.

The two dangers inherent on anyone doing this are that some people will think everyone agrees with you since that's all they'll see or that some will think you're afraid of opposing opinions and would rather delete them than debate them. I don't agree with the amount of abuse that can accompany a disagreement but that just shows the writers up to be fools who can't debate properly. I do however think that proper debate is good and can help with understanding, especially if like me you're not a U.S. citizen and don't know the opposing sides very well.
Ha, I had a chuckle to myself then realising this will probably be deleted since it shows disagreement with you.

I DELETED THOSE WHO HAVE CALLED ME NAMES AND DEGRADED BECAUSE I DISAGREED WITH THEM.

I DONT HAVE TO TAKE THE ABUSE FROM LIBERALS AND COULD CARELESS WHAT THEY THINK OF ME.

I somewhat agree with David - I look at it as an opportunity to debate and issue, and IF they call me a name, I warn them to delete and re-write, and if they don't then I delete. It's VERY rare I must delete as I always try to be respectful, even when they are not and they just make fools of themselves for everyone to see. It's rather a two-edge sword Terry... just my opinion

I am just the type of person who will take so much abuse from others. Once they have crossed the line, I am finished with that person and we have nothing else to say.

The liberals have pushed me to that point.

I love to delete them, then listen to them whine... Some of them delete us as well... I have checked but does that surprise you... On many occasions they will come to an article just to sabotage it, start an argument(not a civil discussion), then try an hijack your article in a whole new direction...I think there may be one or two who are liberals that have common sense, but not many of them do...In fact, one just defended me yesterday... It wasnt about a comment but why, I commented in the wrong area.. They had to explain it to another person who cant read or they would of seen where I posted that I was having trouble getting my comment in the right place... But I did appreciate that, its just to bad that we are on opposite sides of the political fence as we may of become friends..

Liberal is a misnomer. By definition, liberal means open-minded, tolerant, understanding, generous, and charitable. Doesn't sound much like today's liberals.

I think pre-approving comments is wise when you've had experience with rudeness and name calling. I know you don't delete comments only because you disagree, but because they are rude. We respect each person's right to hold an opinion even when we don't agree with their views.

I have never used the option to approve comments that are posted on my posts. But that is just me. To each his own. Thankfully we can still make our own choices. :)

I am with you, Terry. I have been attacked by some of the same people that you have deleted. I very seldom put up a political piece because of it. But on several articles on today's news I had to speak up for the Americans that died.

I understand completely, Terry. You & I are both conservative, know what "righteousness' is, etc., yet I daresay you & I could disagree on something w/o stooping to screaming and name calling. I appreciate very much your keeping hate and foul language off this page, friend. Keep up the good work.

I always choose to approve any comments on any article I write or produce here for that exact reason. I do not want immature liberals ruining my article with their immature comments.
