Apparently, Rihanna wasn't the only one who got a tattoo to pay tribute to someone.
Chris Brown was first spotted with the new tattoo on September 1—almost two weeks after Rihanna confessed that she was still in love with him during her interview with Oprah Winfrey, and a few days before he very publicly kissed and hugged her at the MTV VMAs.
Though Chris has denied that his new tattoo, which is an outline of the face of a heavy-lidded woman with luscious lips, is a tribute to Rihanna, we can't help but wonder… because the tattoo looks remarkably like her!
Nonetheless, sources close to Brown tell TMZ:
“It’s a random woman.”
Right.
