"Romney took office as Governor in January of 2003, the state unemployment rate was at 5.6 percent, it rose to 6.0 percent in mid-2003, then steadily decreased during the remainder of Romney’s term, ending at 4.6 percent in January of 2007, which was Romney’s last month in office. Naturally, the only thing that was quoted by a liberal, stated that the unemployment rate rose when Romney was in office."
Sometimes lies are based on figures as, per ex. the gas price which conveniently forgets that oil price rraised from January 2009 from $ 70 to 112 (a 62.5% increase) while the $ value fell of some 19%; but most often the lies are here based on TIME CONFUSION.
Shall I have to recall that in March 2003 a war went on? Shall we have to recall that from 2004 up to 2007 the "deregulated" banks alike Lehmann Bos, Goldman Sachs and all others have build a wonderful swindle based on mortgage packages rated AAA while the financial institutions, aware of the weaknesss of these packages sold them and even short sold them, creating the so-called subprime crisis which exploded end of 2007?
So Romney was lucky enough as to profit from not too bad years? It's like walking on a rolling sidewalk: if it goes in your direction your speed is faster but if you walk against it, it becomes far more difficult.
And this crisis, created despite the SEC who had an office within LB premises, didn't generate any kind of trial nor penalization.
Should we recall that Congress failed to regulate the financial industry in March 2009 (under Obama) because of the GOP/TP filibustering?
It is shameful the need to use lies in order to try to justify the millions made by Romney who is not even able to show his tax returns. Try to explain us how come this is not raising questions among posters like you. Why should a candidate to any national office hold accounts in Switzerland, B.V.I., etc.? How come what you want your neighbor to achieve, is not required by the millionaire you expect to work for?
How come you want us to agree to so much lack of objectivity?
I feel you should take a rest, think about it while taking some vaca ... ncies. (LOL)
Personally I am not in favor of bullfighting but, I acknowledge that ... vaca fighting is far easier!
I agree, they think the opposite and take pieces of information and promote them as the be all and end all to every discussion. Can only try to educate stupidity of lib/progs...
Of course, liberals do accept change more easily than conservatives. See the history of improvements in the U.S. over the last 200 years.
