Romney wants to Zag. Tea Party won't let him.

Nixon invented the zig zag doctrine. it goes like this: Zig right wing in the primary season. After the convention, Zag back to the center.

Romney clearly wanted to follow the script. Yesterday he interviewed about Obamacare, explaining the things he LIKES about it. Pretty soon his advisors started walking it back.

Sorry Mitt. You zigged to the Tea Party, once upon a time. They ainta gonna let you zag away from them. Don't make them mad. Don't make them prove that they Are the Boss of You. You do not want to see them when they are mad.

When all of the candidates in the GOP primaries went to the wingnut far right to please the Teavangelicals, I knew that they would have trouble coming back even to the right. There's an old Texas saying: "Ya gotta dance with them what brung ya", & those wingnuts ain't no wallflowers.

It's incredible what millions of people are falling for Obama and Romney. For the Tea party people that are now fully on board with Romney like he's the best thing since sliced bread, wow, it just shows how fake is your dedication to your principles.
