Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, and Justin Bieber tried to bring the ongoing online battle between Beliebers and Directioners to an end by hanging out together in L.A.
The guys will be competing in the Best Pop Video category 
at the MTV VMAs, so their fans have been fighting hard to win the guys votes on Twitter. Unfortunately things have gotten a little testy occasionally - Directioners got upset when Paris Jackson tweeted that she was voting for the Biebs, and Beliebers got angry when the official Twitter page for Bing tweeted support for 1D. According to Pop Crush, the insults hurled at Bing got so bad that Justin's manager Scooter Braun felt the need to step in and tell the fans to cool it.
Now One Direction and Justin Bieber are also trying to get everyone to calm down and get along, and what better way to do that than by spending some quality time together before the VMAs?
According to Sugarscape, Scooter Braun tweeted this earlier today:
"so @justinbieber @niallofficial and @zaynmalik are all hanging out and @alfredoflores is the coolest. and now... teenage girls heads explode."
His tweet probably did make a bunch of fans freak - and now they're probably praying that Scooter will eventually provide some photographic evidence of this meeting. He also didn't reveal any dirty details of what the Biebs, Niall Horan, and Zayn Malik were doing while they were hanging out.
Perhaps Justin and Zayn compared tattoos, or maybe the guys spent the day taking topless photos of each other to post on Twitter later. Niall probably also bugged the Biebs for info about Demi Lovato since Demi and Justin's girlfriend Selena Gomez are pals - maybe Justin can give Niall a few tips on how to win her heart when he meets her at the VMAs.
