Michael Clarke Duncan, who is best known for his roles on "The Green Mile", "The Whole Nine Yards", and "Green Lantern", passed away on the morning of September 3 in a hospital room in Los Angeles.
Duncan suffered a heart attack on July 13, and though he was immediately brought to the hospital after being found and resuscitated by his fiancée Omarosa Manigault, he never fully recovered.
The actor's rep tells TMZ:
“[Omarosa] Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date.”
Duncan was nominated for an Oscar, a Golden Globe, and numerous other awards for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of John Coffey in “The Green Mile.”
