Selena Gomez Lands in Paris Sans Justin Bieber, Headed to Venice Film Festival

Selena Gomez is likely missing Justin Bieber right about now as she makes her way to the Venice Film Festival. Justin and Selena are nearly inseparable, but duty calls. Selena is promoting her first breakout role as a serious adult actress in Spring Breakers at the festival.

Fans are already blowing up the Twitterverse with Selena sightings and speculation as to where she will pop up next. Selena landed in Paris on Sunday morning with her dear mother by her side. At least she has somebody to keep her company. On Saturday night, Selena tweeted, "Off to Venice for the big première of Spring Breakers!!!"

One fan was lucky enough to catch Selena at the airport in Paris. Selena looked super casual in a ratty white tank top with a bright blue bra showing. She wore dark sunglasses and looked ready to get to a nice, comfy hotel room after her long flight.
Her good friend and fellow singer, Taylor Swift, tweeted her support, "good luck at the Venice Film Festival!! So excited for you!" Apparently, she is a little apprehensive about the trip. Selena replied, "thank you!! I'm so nervous :o ..Miss you!" Selena will be doing a few interviews in Paris on Monday, before her big film début in Venice. Spring Breakers makes its big début on Wednesday, September 5.
