Don't be afraid.

fear is good and bad, if you have some fear at the moment, you consciousness is not pure! confess, go to the doctor's, meet all your friends and acquaintances, greet and ask them to pardon you, and try to do the things that bring you joy, humanistic satisfaction and do not arouse in you discomfort or shame for the actions - you won't have the fear then.
