Glee's upcoming fourth season is going to see Rachel in New York attending NYADA, with Kurt joining her in the city, leaving Blaine behind in Ohio. They're not going to be the only couple separated; how will everyone be coping?

According to E! Online, Kurt and Rachel will be living together "after Kurt shows up in NC and convinces Rachel to ditch her dorm," and one of the new sets for their series is their "spacious loft-style apartment (with exposed beams and brick)." Kurt is moving to New York, even though he will be in Ohio in the premiere, as seen in "The New Rachel" photos released. He and Rachel had been planning on both being in New York, and it is going to be a reality. Will Kurt be able to help Rachel deal with the tough times at NYADA, or will that fall on Brody, especially since Kurt was rejected? Even so, Kurt's going to be following a new dream in New York, and having the two living together seemed like a foregone conclusion.
There is also some news out about how two of the McKinley students will be coping in Glee season 4 with their significant others in different cities. There's going to be a scene where Brittany is "face down sobbing on her bed," which E! Online says "presumably" has to do with Santana gone. Does it, or will something else be involved? Brittany had to repeat her senior year; will she pass this time? Those promotional photos also show her as one of the students in front of Artie hoping to be chosen as the next star of New Directions. Will she be? Will she at least have that to focus on while missing Santana?
Also coming up is Blaine dealing without Kurt by trying "to join every extracurricular club imaginable." That could end up looking good on his college applications, wherever he decides to go, but will he try too much and fail in his attempts? What is Blaine going to do after senior year? They haven't touched on that, and that could be something that comes up in one of the couple's conversations. Kurt and Blaine are going to face problems this year with Kurt going off to New York and Blaine back at McKinley, where he transferred for his boyfriend.
