Will Robert Pattinson develop some kind of tough-guy attitude in light of Kristen Stewart's cheating on him with Rupert Sanders? Will he leave his sensitive, non-confrontational side in the dust as a result of his pain?
According to a report from Hollywood Life, probably not. The Twilight star can't even change when he wants to. Rob is Rob and no matter how hard he tries he can't be someone he's not.
"I want to change. I can't make myself change. I can't develop an attitude," Rob said during a recent interview.
Cosmopolis director David Cronenberg agrees.
"I've seen him even try to change and it's pathetic," he says.
This is likely a very good thing. If Rob developed an attitude and changed his whole personality, fans wouldn't be as likely to support him the way they do now. They have sent him well wishes and lots of love in light of Kristen's cheating scandal because he's a nice guy and no one wants to see nice guys get hurt.
If Robert Pattinson's attitude changed he'd also be less likely to forgive Kristen Stewart. And while that hasn't officially happened yet, sources close to the couple believe it's just a matter of time. Twilight fans would be robbed of a reunion between their beloved Bella Swan and Edward Cullen.
Do you think Rob wants to develop an attitude as a means of coping with his pain? Are you glad he's finding it practically impossible to do?
