Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may be hard to picture as a non-couple; and if the break-up becomes official, "Robsten" will become a currently near-ubiquitous word that's no longer applicable. But it's perhaps even more difficult--especially for Twi-hards--to remember the popular actors before their blockbuster days in The Twilight Saga. The end of the series wraps with the November premiere of Breaking Dawn-Part 2. And while Pattinson has reportedly commented, on more than one occasion, that he's ready to move on and explore more roles outside of Mystic Falls, he probably couldn't be more ready now, given Stewart's cheating scandal with Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders
In the light of the end of the Edward Cullen and Bella Swan era (and perhaps the off-screen relationship saga of the two stars, too), it's interesting to flash back to before the vampire times. Some vintage Stewart pics recently surfaced of a precocious young teen on the set of Speak. Now it's Pattinson's turn, and his latest pic that has come out of the woodwork is an oldie but goodie. However, he seems to be the same as ever--albeit a bit less suave.
"My old man found this in the old photo album. Who can name all 6 of these young offenders? #nicehair," Harry Potter actor Matthew Lewis recently tweeted alongside the classic snap.
The photo, posted on Hollywood Life, features six of the less recognizable stars (well, besides Pattinson now) of the Potter movies, and the British heart-throb has certainly come a long way on the fame scale since his days on set of the wizarding world.
But all in all, he seems to be the same guy; he's got the slightly scruffy thing going on, although his hair is a bit longer and more unruly than it is in his current closer cut. The Brit is also in his casual-cool wardrobe faves--a T-shirt and jeans, and the shirt ironically has "USA" emblazoned on it.
Who knows, but Robert Pattinson may sometimes reminisce about those days before the unruly paparazzi and the crush of followers (not that he doesn't appreciate his fan club!) made his ability to go anywhere or do anything unnoticed nearly impossible--and before his girl drama with Kristen Stewart.
