This is close to the original recipe, however, I reduced the amount of salt called for.
Great recipe for a pork sirloin roast!
1 1/2 T brown sugar
1 T salt
1 T sweet paprika
2 t garlic powder
2 t mustard powder
1 1/2 t black pepper
1 1/2 t dried thyme, rubbed
1/2 t ground coriander
1/2 t ground cumin
Mix in a tightly sealed container.

I might skip dinner tonight and just make myself a BIG root beer float later... like I did yesterday, LOL!
I slow cooked it for about 3 1/2 hours and it was perfect!
I wouldn't try it one beef, unless you leave out the brown sugar.
That's the method I used to make the 25 lbs. of chicken for our conference. Even after reheating, all the chicken including the white meat was still tender and juicy.
; )
Good for you! People eat to darn much of that stuff and it is not a good thing.
