I think I'm going to head to the barn in a little bit to ride Flash. I think he's so sick of riding in the arena but I'm way too terrified to ride him outside right now. Yes, terrified. How did that happen? I have lost every bit of confidence I've ever had with my horse. No idea what happened. I think it was the whole bolting incidence and then I just haven't ridden enough since then. Ok, I've only been on two trail rides since then and that happened last October. The poor horse really enjoys trail riding so I'll make it a goal for this week to find someone to ride with next weekend. For today, it's going to have to be the arena. It's a shame too because it's a beautiful gorgeous day. I hope it's this nice again next weekend!

I need to get in contact with the people I rode with last year. They were very safe riders and that's who I need to be riding with. I hope that will help me get over these nerves.
