Fingers Crossed, Please...

I had posted about giving my notice at the kennel job and having a great interview for a new job. Well, the kennel work ends Tuesday, with my last two overnight shifts followed by my last two dayshifts.

However, the new job still hasn't given me anything concrete-- it sounded an awful lot like they were hiring me at the end of the interview, but with no definitely schedule and some vague wording when I just called, I'm not 100% sure.

So, if everyone could just keep their fingers crossed that it works out, that would be great! Thanks much!

dang, maybe the follow up call will help. several jobs done my son that way when he was looking for work, he'd stop and then would not get the job. Employers should not give false hope like that but they do it so they dont have to deal with someone getting upset with them

Yes, I suppose that's true enough. Hopefully he really is just trying to figure out schedules and stuff, and hopefully when he says that he had designers stop in for interviews, he's looking to hire one of them AND me... I guess we'll see!

oh I hope you get it Tory I have heard more and more about jobs leading people on because they are afraid if they tell them No that they will flip out, which goes to show how messed up things have become. Good luck
