Over the counter and legal drugs are a wonderful thing.  At least when I hurt they are. I'm still working on the boxes.

In my portion of the UK we'd say prescription drugs are just the ticket since we don't pay for prescriptions. If you're hurting, at least there's no insult added to injury by having to pay to get better.
I hope you're soon feeling better and that whatever you've taken has worked and eased the discomfort.

Actually, these sayings were all made up by a Princess during the Etruscan age. Being the fourth daughter of the king, she tasted all the King's dishes before they were served to him.

Sometimes pie was served to the King's table that was rather tasteless. The cook was called and the pie was thrown in his face. After a few pies to the face, he came prepared and threw pies at the princess. At first the King & ministers aghast, but because the cook a foreigner from Scotland, they figure this was how he asked a lady on a date. Well, they told her ladyship that the cook was hitting on her and she replied, 'I must have a man who can makea good pizza pie & pasta.' The King understood: The road back then to a woman's happiness was not hair, but her stomach.
I hope my history lesson of early Europe is easily forgotten.

Whenever I feel my BP rise, I stop, lie on my back and inhale deeply through my nostrils then exhale slowly through my nostrils 5 times. A day doesn't go by that I do not go outside and do at least 30 minutes of slow movement with Yoga style breathing exercises. Yesterday I did one hour and did so with 2 lb hand weights.
