According to celebrity news, MICHAEL J. FOX could be gearing up to return to television for a new comedy series.
Oh, cool!

After more than a decade since we last saw him on “Spin City,” Michael J. Fox is about to make his TV comeback.
The 51-year-old “Back to the Future” star, who had been an advocate of Parkinson’s disease research and awareness ever since he was diagnosed with it in 1991, will star in a new family comedy series where he would play a dad, reportedly based on his own life.
Vulture reports:
“Vulture hears the iconic star of ‘Family Ties‘ and the ‘Back to the Future‘ trilogy has teamed with director Will Gluck (‘Easy A’) and writer Sam Laybourne (‘Cougar Town,’ ‘Arrested Development’) on a single-camera comedy project that’s being developed by Sony Pictures Television for a 2013 launch.”
The site adds:
“…two industry sources — using phrases such as ‘feeding frenzy’and ‘bidding war’ — tell us it’s now just a matter of which network will offer the most attractive deal to Fox, Gluck, and Sony.”
Sounds exciting!
