OK, I just watched this video with Bobby Flay and his assistants.  They are making these non-traditional S'mores and they look so good.

I'm gonna be the stick in the mud here. I really have never liked s'mores and these don't appeal to me any more than the traditional ones do. Sorry. ;-) Love the debate though..."this isn't a s'more! That's a s'more! Mine is better than yours!" lol...Gotta love it.
