Any creative hot dog recipes?

My husband went a little over board grilling hot dogs for my son's birthday party over the weekend. We had about 25 hot dogs left over.  We ate some yesterday for dinner and I am having a couple for lunch, but I am afraid everyone is going to get sick of eating them before they are gone.  Does anyone have any creative recipes using hot dogs?

Generally, we don't eat hot dogs anymore (our tastes have changed!), and about the only ones we buy, if any, are organic.......what about chili/cheese dogs? I used to make them, using canned Hormel's Chili and then put shredded cheese on top....very good.
Sometimes, even now, I'll make macaroni and cheese and chop up the hot dogs, mix in with that, for a "mini" casserole.

we sometimes mix em in mac and cheese for the kids, or in baked beans. The kids think it is fun to fish out the pieces..

What I like to do is make pretzel dough, and wrap it around half a hotdog and half a slice of cheese then bake it. Sooo good!!!!

cut them up and put them in some mac& cheese. opps amanda said the same thing. my mother use to cut them in half length wise and fry them and serve them with eggs instead of sausage.

Some time I just put them in a skillet with BBQ sauce and cook. It is also good with onions added. You can it that way or put it on rice.

Chili dogs, or buffalo dogs with hot sauce & blue cheese & celery, or chop 'em up and put them in some sort of jambalaya type of dish... hmmm...

I sometimes cut up left over Hotdogs and make Mac & Cheese and put it in the Mac & Cheese and it gets eaten up! :)

I have put them in dried beans just before the beans are ready to eat. If you enjoy spicey food you can add spice of your choice. I like a little jalapeno myself. good with corn bread.

Other than what the others have said, sometimes I slice them in the center, add cheese, then roll them in a crescent roll and bake.

I've also heard of people slicing up hot dogs and using them as a pizza topping. Never tried that though

Sometimes I slice them up into round pieces and put them in baked beans, chili, mac and cheese.. or even lentil soup. I love chili dogs, and decades ago I would buy at work... (from a vending machine) a hot dog on a hoagie roll with cooked onions and peppers. Back then there were no "micro wave ovens" so I had to heat it up in the little oven in the lunch room. I like to split them down the middle and put cheese there.. and now I do that in the microwave. :)

I have made pigs in the blanket with them... like someone said you can wrap biscuit dough around them. I could cut them down first though.

I like to slice them up and put them in pasta and rice dishes. They tend to add flavor to any dish that calls for meat in them...mac n cheese, pancit, rice n veggies, pasta n veggies...you get the picture.

I loved them for breakfast wrapped in those Pillsbury croussant like bread things. I think I spelled croussant wrong. Anyway, you could also slice them up and put them in a soup with beans. It doesn't sound good to me, but I've seen people do that.

never sounded good to me either. My mom eats them with beans, soups, rice, pasta, even plain and COLD straight out of the package...I like mine the way they were meant to be: in a bun xP lol

I've cut them up in Spanish Rice and make Jambalaya or make weiners and beans.

Chop them up and make an omelet with sautéed onions bell peppers tomatoes and mushrooms or any thing you like on your omelet, or chop them up and add them to hash brown potatoes with cheese and sautéed onions.

When I grill a package of 8 hot dogs, I wrap at least half of them individually in plastic wrap and put them in an airtight container in the freezer. Then someday, when I want a hot dog, I take one out and heat in the microwave.
