Now, his publicist has confirmed at last that they truly are ready to tie the knot.
According to a rep for the actor, "Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage."
