Today there were lots of fresh vegetables from the garden to cook. Some of the sweet corn ears were quite small, I boiled two of them ... mini sweet corn on the cob. I also cooked up some green and yellow beans with shallots, and sliced a small tomato. All delicious!
The pork chop was coated with new Kraft Fresh Take (mix, coat, and bake) Rosemary & Roasted Garlic cheese and crumbs. It was surprisingly good!
Dessert was a fresh baked triple chocolate muffin. Sorry, but I forgot to take a photo! ;o)

What was on your menu?

I've never made my own pasta sauce. I should try it. Ravioli and homemade sauce sounds wonderful.
It was chicken and gravy on biscuits for me. Simple, but good. :-)
I haven't made chicken & gravy on biscuits in far too long. That has got to go on my menu soon.
Not Me! :)
I could go for some ice cream right now.
I made sausage jambalaya. I am running out of meats and will probably be having vegetarian meals for the next week or so...
I know I'd be better off with only occasional desserts, but today I was craving something baked. Probably should have made my usual blueberry muffins instead of chocolate. :o)
Such a good plate full of delicious foods ... you present health & good taste too!
IMHO corn on the cob keeps it's flavor and tastes better if I clean it, NOT shaking off the water then wrap in in plastic wrap and cook it for a few minutes in the microwave. I'm never telling you what to do - just suggestions.
