Did Robert Pattinson Cheat on Kristen Stewart with Multiple Women?

Ever since Kristen Stewart was busted cheating on Robert Pattinson with her Snow White and the Huntsman director, married father of two Rupert Sanders, she's been called a "trampire," a "slut" and worse while RPattz has received an outpouring of sympathy. But did the Cosmopolis star cheat too—multiple times?

Jezebel received a tip "from someone who claims to have insider knowledge of the many times that Pattinson has stepped out on Stewart." According to the "Hollywood insider," RPattz has hooked up with around 14 women (!) since he and KStew became an item.

As Jezebel points out, Rob "has been linked with a number of women during his three-year relationship with Stewart." (Jezebel also grouses that, despite the rumors, RPattz has never been slut-shamed, but that might be because there's also no photographic evidence of him getting it on with any of his alleged side pieces.) The tipster mostly name-checks the ladies from those rumors, such as Nikki Reed, who Rob was seeing before he and Kristen started dating. But Nikki's not the only costar RPattz has allegedly boned: The tipster claims he had a three-way with Remember Me costar Emilie de Ravin and Camilla Belle, and he's allegedly had an ongoing "affair with Ashley [Greene] for several years, with them supposedly hooking up most recently again during the Breaking Dawn 1 international promo tour." (Ashley did compare herself to Angelina Jolie in an interview last year ...) According to Jezebel's source, KStew and Ashley have a hilariously bitchy high school-esque catfight going on, with Kristen "telling her to stay away from Rob or she would tell the media about Ashley's little venereal problem (herpes)."

Other alleged conquests of Rob's include Katy Perry, Megan Fox, Lindsay Lohan (ew, that's digusting), Sarah Roemer, model Shea Marie, a VH1 reality star, Cosmopolis director David Cronenberg's daughter, a burlesque dancer, a pastry chef and some random at the Chateau Marmont.

So there are a few possibilities here. First, maybe Rob and Kristen did actually have an open relationship, which has been rumored for years. There's also the possibility that they were never in a relationship at all and only played up a "fauxmance" for publicity, at the Twilight studio's suggestion. Maybe they really were dating, but they broke up and were going to keep it under wraps until after Breaking Dawn Part 2 came out, but then KStew got photographed with Rupert and ruined the plan. Or maybe Jezebel's "tipster" is actually Kristen's publicist trying to mitigate some of the PR fallout from the affair, which would explain the amount of crazy detail the tipster goes into. If any of what Jezebel's source wrote is true (and where there's smoke, there's usually fire), then hopefully Rob and Kristen either had an open relationship or weren't really dating, because if they were together and he cheated on her repeatedly, he's worse than she is. But then again, given all the alleged cheating, neither one of them really seems to care about the other one, so maybe they were never together after all.
