...In other words, THAT massacre should have been avoided because the police did not do their jobs.
...The psychiatrist treating James Holmes told a University of Colorado police officer that she was worried about her patient weeks before he allegedly killed 12 people in an Aurora movie theater.
...IF they would have done their jobs, he would not have been able to buy any of the weapons or ammo that he had.
...It is relatively easy to make the "flash bang's" that he used. He could have added bb's or nails to make it more lethal.
...His ignorance about the loading and the care of large capacity magazines, saved lives. They have a tendency to jam when they are not properly maintained even before their first use. I bet that there is one former Marine that would agree with me on that.
...I can not be 100% certain, but as far as I can tell, every state has a similar law.
...The ONLY time a shrink, or other medical personnel can violate the oath of confidentially, is IF their patient presented a clear and present danger to the health and welfare of others.
...And they can lose their license if they do not warn the others, and others are injured.
...She did report it weeks before this happened, and the cops dropped the ball in protecting us..
...Why it still happened is a mystery, and that needs to be fixed. And that makes me sick!

Police are heroes only in movies and when illegally enter private homes, arresting innocent people and destroying lives...
Maybe the universities should not have a camp police, and they used somebody who would do their work diligently... Police work does not mean driving expensive and flashing cars on campus and showing off muscles...
At times it takes boring hours of research and following up on leads, just from a desk behind a computer...
...reports were made, but not acted upon, and caused these tradegy's.
Your very welcome.
And I want to thank you for posting a comment on my post.
I really do appreciate that.
It's still a tragedy which could have been avoided.
