Free Family Fun at the Park

Other the weekend, a local church decided to host a fun free day at one of the local parks. I took my two kids, my sister and her two girls.

There was lots to do. Free food, games, contests and rides for all to enjoy. From face painting to Chocolate cream pie contest. It was a very hot and sunny day.

My niece and my daughter getting ready to race in this ride.

One of the funniest moments was watching the chocolate pie eating contest. My daughter paired up with my niece. My sister paired up with my son.

The rules:

Must team up as a pair.
Both on the team must be blindfolded.
Team members must feed each other Chocolate cream pie. 
First team to eat all the pie....wins!!

Getting ready ......get set.......Go!

Look at those faces. Chocolate cream pie lands everywhere.

Contest all over. Look at my daughter, what a mess!! I think my niece needs more practice feeding someone blind folded.

My son and sister came in first place.

Sounds like more fun than those pie eating contest. They all look like they were having a blast.
Yes, they all had a blast! They had so many sign up for the pie eating contest that they were still going on after we left.
