Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder join their cast members from The Vampire Diaries in congratulating U.S. Olympic gymnast Gabby Douglas. The cast made a video honoring the teen for her gold medal achievements.
According to a report from Hollywood Life, the Vampire Diaries gang heard Douglas was a huge fan and felt in light of her accomplishments she deserved something very special from them.
"We heard you're a big of The Vampire Diaries," begins Paul Wesley, to which Claire Holt and Ian Somerhalder add, "All of us here are big fans of you, too."
Next it's time for Michael Trevino to chime in, along with Nina, who kept her congrats simple.
"It's so cool," Nina Dobrev told Gabby Douglas.
