Hello and welcome to Norma’s Café. This will be short today as my daughter and her husband are here. I’m trying to be quiet until they wake up. I suspect Cagney will get them up when she thinks they should be
Awake. It is to be a pleasant day and perhaps a shower. Any rain is welcome, but I’d better shut the sun roof on my car as I left it open on vent last night.
Norma, I hope you are resting comfortably in your new digs. Tracy told me she took some things from Norma’s home to her now that she can have personal items. Donald has his son and wife there with him until he is strong enough to take care of himself. You probably remember Norma talking about their horse Paint. He has been boarded out at a neighbor’s since Norma went to the hospital 6 months ago.
We still need to keep Norma, Donald and Tracy in our prayers.
The coffee is ready to drink. Won’t you come in and have a cup? I made a coffee cake for company but there is plenty so you can have some too. The fridge is full of cold drinks. What will you be doing today?
Tell us what’s going on in your life. Don’t forget to leave a message for Norma.
What can I get you to drink?

I have a long but interesting day ahead of me. I had jury duty yesterday and for the first time ever, I have been picked for the jury. The trial starts today. I have been praying that we make the correct and just decisions. It is a heavy load when you are the one deciding someone else's fate.
