The 50 Shades of Grey movie has fans fiercely fighting for their picks to play Christian Grey, so some members of Team Matt Bomer are not going to be very happy about what author Bret Easton Ellis had to say about the White Collar hunk.
Ellis is probably best-known for writing the 
American Psycho novel, which featured a rich and handsome main character prone to violent fantasies. Patrick Bateman is like a more narcissistic, psychopathic version of Christian, so this could have something to do with why Ellis is so interested in 50 Shades - he's even expressed an interest in penning the screenplay for the movie.
The author also revealed his dream cast for the movie a few weeks ago: for Anastasia Steele, he's come up with Girls stars Lena Dunham and Allison Williams. He sees Scarlett Johansson and Kristen Stewart as more conventional choices for the role. His ideal Christian Grey would be Alexander Skarsgard, Ryan Gosling, Aaron Johnson, or Alex Pettyfer.
However, Bret Easton Ellis absolutely does not want Matt Bomer in the 50 Shades of Grey movie if he gets any say in the matter. Here's what he recently tweeted about the gorgeous Magic Mike star:
"Fifty Shades of Grey: Casting Matt Bomer is the equivalent as casting Jesse Tyler Ferguson..."
His tweet is a bit confusing - does he think that a gay actor is incapable of playing Christian Grey, or was he trying to say that Matt is better suited for comedy? The only thing that Matt and Jesse really have in common is that they're gay and they're actors, so Ellis' tweet doesn't make much sense. And if he thinks that a gay man can't play a straight guy, maybe he needs to watch Neil Patrick Harris in How I Met Your Mother.
But it doesn't really matter what a man thinks about who should be cast in the movie - filmmakers will be aiming to please the erotic novel's millions of female fans who are obsessing over who will get cast. And right now Matt seems to be one of the favorites for the role alongside hotties like Ian Somerhalder, Chris Hemsworth, and Henry Cavill. So it's safe to say that Ellis probably got a few angry responses to his bizarre tweet.

I would say go F*** yourself, but If you think Christian Bale is good looking then you have no life and you problay do. But I am PMSing any way. If you want to get you own eyes fixed, because unlike you I loke a good looking man not a dog. So I can think what I want. I am sure that there are other women who would agree with me on this.
Too bad Alec Baldwin is to old to play Christian because he would have been perfect in his movies days of http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107497/ "Malice".
But then Nip/Tucks Christian Troy- Julian McMahon--would also be the perfect Christian Grey...he pretty much already has been in Nip/Tuck.
They need to find someone as wicked as Alec and as sexy as Julian!!! They must be tall and look really good in a suit and torn jeans!!
I also like the idea of Amanda Seyfried....she would be able to accomplish that girl look. We surely don't need an actress that is too thin (emma watson).
I also like Ksenia Solo as Ana( did you see her all dressed up in lost girls) see would be good.
I think that ALEXANDER SKARSGARD is the perfect man for the role as Christian. He is sexy, tall, one hell of a body, has the acting range that is need for all Fifty Shades of Christian (in all three books). This would be mine & alot of womens fantasy come true if Alexander was to get the part. I think that the movie would be best with him in the part. ( I also would sell my soul for him to have it). I beleive that Alex is the one & only Christian chose. Please make our day and just give him the part. Lets face it he has the experience with the playroom already.
