Buffalo made a big splash in the NFL off-season with the acquisitions of Mario Williams and Mark Anderson to bolster the Bills' defense, but the most recent buzz from the team's training camp has a player already on the roster making the biggest news heading into the pre-season opener this week.
Arthur Moats has received plenty of reps with the first unit, and the young linebacker is making the most of his chances. The former sixth-round draft pick from James Madison has impressed coaches and team-mates during training camp, and his emergence could earn him the starting job over veteran Kirk Morrison.
The Bills ranked near the bottom in the NFL in sacks last season, and the poor play hurt the secondary, but the team made the moves to bolster their roster, and along with players like Moats making improvements, fans and the team can't wait to get the season started as the Bills are a dark-horse to make the playoffs and could challenge new England for the AFC East title.
