Clint Eastwood doesn't suffer fools lightly, and he's saying so when it comes to President Obama and the current governmental intent to try and tax the U.S. Olympic winners right out of their medals.

"[W]e don't want anybody taking away the Olympic medals tax-wise from the Olympic athletes," Eastwood said.

CNN reported that the famous movie star was embarrassed to have the rest of the world hear our country's leaders talk about taxing Olympians when they are the ones who got us trillions of dollars in debt--and keep doing it.

And just as the gunslinger on the big screen is quick to address wrongs being committed in his movies, he's also quick to address politicians heading in the wrong direction. That's why he says he is endorsing Mitt Romney when it comes time to vote for a president in November.

And who can blame Clint Eastwood for choosing Romney over Obama, as it's just come out that America's president is now going to be selling illegal immigrants a free pass from deportation if they will pay him $465 starting August 15. And that kind of sneaky behavior is just the thing that would tick off the Wild Wild West man.

Mr. Eastwood is hardly a retard. He has campaigned for Republican candidates before, even served as Mayor of Carmel, California. The IRS changes taxation policy from time to time. They are an independent body. Mr. Eastwood worked from bad movies as an actor to fine movies he directed. He is a model of the American dream. A plain spoken man, he is entitled to his opinion.

The distortion, half-truths put out by the propaganda media machine of the GOP and flip-flop Romney are merely a distraction to make the American public forget Romney still refuses to allow access to his tax returns. The truth is the IRS is not going after the American Olympians’ medals. Like any normal American, not counting Romney’s untold millions hidden in offshore banks, Olympians will be taxed on their earned income, which the medals are a very small part. The medals along with the cash prize that goes with them are taxed accordingly. However the athletes as with Romney and his fellow 1 percenters, after standard and other deductions, they will probably not pay anything on their winnings or worth of their medals.

$465 when you came here illegally??? That's WAY too low (actually shouldn't even be an option). Maybe DH should have been illegal as we had to pay $3,500+ for his LEGAL green card (married to a citizen)!
