Bachelorette Emily Maynard and Jef Holm are nearing the end of their trip to Ghana where the two who met on the TV reality show have been for the better part of a week.
And so, while their love story continues, so do their travel experiences as the newly engaged couple who visited Bermuda, London, Croatia, and Curacao while filming for their part in the Bachelor franchise continued on to visit a special place in Africa.
That said, this trip, as opposed to the others, was not about match-making whatsoever. In fact, it has been a charity mission in which the couple have been involved in launching a new well through the auspices of Jef's company called People Water.
While in the African outpost, Em and Jef and the rest of the group, including Cody Barker, Holm's partner in this venture, have been keeping fans abreast of their activities in and around Aga through social media.
And while these new lovebirds take part in a lot of traditional aspects of the intriguing nation they are visiting, they are also absorbing quite a bit of that culture to take back home and share with their families and other Americans who can't wait to hear more.
No doubt there are lots to tell. After all, Bachelorette 2012 Emily Maynard says that this particular journey has been full of "life changing experiences." So, with that in mind, stay tuned for more about this exciting trip as Em, Jef Holm, and the rest of their envoy celebrate Ghana while getting intangible gifts these intrepid travelers most likely thought would never be possible.
