No News About the Job

It has been over a week now and I have not heard back about the job I interviewed for. My friend who works there has told me not to give up, but this whole process has been taking so long. I had to wait 2 weeks for the interview, now I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks to hear back from them.

I would have looked for something else by now, but my friend assures me the guy is going to call me.

It seems the only jobs I have right now are Gather and Sidetick, and of course I haven't made anything on either one in a couple of months. I am just a little bummed out right now, and broke.

If it's been that long then stop by in person and ask about it. Show you care. Remind them that you exist.

I agree with Peter, it can't hurt to ask about it in person. The last two times I've changed jobs, just at the point where I decided I was never going to hear from them, I heard from them the next day. Hope you hear good news soon!
