Emily Maynard and Jef Holm from The Bachelorette arrived safely in the African region of Ghana Saturday.
People Water tweeted about Emily and Jef making it to their destination:
"Ghana! So excited to see our projects! @generositywater @jefholm @EmilyMaynard @PeopleWater #airport pic.twitter.com/zxb3iSek"
It seems as if Emily is settling comfortably into her new life with Jef as he runs his business abroad.
The pair are planning their lives together as a committed couple. As Jef has said in several media appearances, he'll move from Utah to Emily and Ricki's territory in North Carolina. The Bachelorette winner will live at his own residence until he and Emily actually get married. Both of them have religious backgrounds and want to be a good example to 7-year-old Ricki.
Once Ricki is at a certain age and Emily Maynard feels her daughter can handle a bigger change, she'll eventually move with Jef Holm wherever works best for all of them.
Jef and Emily might have a spring wedding next year, but it's uncertain if they'll agree to a TV ceremony. The two of them believe it's a personal event that should be shared mostly with family and friends.
