On my journey through life, different people have helped me gain awareness and appreciation for the hills and valleys traveled. Most recently, at a week-long family reunion near Columbus, Ohio, a third cousin introduced me to a method she developed to help people achieve their life dreams. I spent a few early mornings and late afternoons examining my life to date and seriously thinking of how I want to spend the next half century (if I'm fortunate enough to live that long). To keep myself on track, I'd like to use this space to record my accomplishments and challenges. Truly, it will be a miracle if I stick to writing in this space, since typically I start out great guns with new ideas and then lose steam (i.e. diet, exercise, and you can insert any other self-improvement plan you can think of in this space).
So here goes...in preparation for the work week, I've already picked out my clothes for each day to make my mornings less hectic. I plan to meditate, exercise and take vitamins in the morning after a healthy breakfast.
Wish me luck!
