Being a Hollywood star can be a roller coaster career. One minute, you can be on top, and the next, you're replaced by "the next big thing." Has that happened to Miley Cyrus?
For several years, Miley was the reigning teen queen. Not only was she Hannah Montana, but she had a successful music career and, as she got older, landed some big time movie roles. However, her latest movie LOL only had a limited release and her schedule isn't as full as it used to be.
According to a source, Miley feels that she has been replaced as Hollywood's 'it girl,' but what actress could have knocked Miley off of her throne? Jennifer Lawrence. That's right, the co-star of Liam Hemsworth (Miley's fiancé) may have taken Miley's place as 'it girl,' but could she potentially take her place in other ways?
A source told Grazia magazine:
"[Miley feels] threatened by Jennifer's career and confidence. Jennifer seems to have replaced Miley as Hollywood's It girl. And now Miley seems terrified she'll replace her as Liam's girlfriend too. That's when she started working out so much and the weight dropped off. Miley's had to grow up fast and I guess she's worried her success could all end tomorrow. She's barely sleeping. it's very sad."
Whether or not Miley Cyrus has been replaced by Jennifer Lawrence has yet to be known, but even if Jennifer isn't Hollywood's new 'it girl,' Miley will lose that title sooner or later. While the public will always have an interest in her (especially now that she is planning her wedding), there will come a day when the interest will fade.
However, just because she may not be on the top in Hollywood anymore, that doesn't mean she won't be at the top of Liam's heart!
