Loose waves, smokey brown eyes, and pink lips finished Kat's look.
Earlier in the day, Kat went for a more demure outfit composed of a sleeveless, colorful Mara Hoffman dress, two-tone Gio Diev pumps, a nude clutch with neon yellow accents, and a gold Topshop chain necklace.
