We are a country of laws that are created by the people that live here. We are not a country that is dominated by any religion as we are a country where there is freedom of religion, and that means any religion can be worshiped in this country by anyone.
Women have the right of choosing to have an abortion up to the third trimester and women need to have that right maintained. There are many in this election on the Religious right that want to take that right away from all women. That must not happen at all.

Maybe women won't figure out what's happening and fight to become fully equal until they've lost all the gains they've made in the last fifty years. I hope it doesn't come to that, but it often looks that way.
How about if she earned it? (Obama doesn't think any did it on their own)
How about if her husband earned it?
Should the government have control over who gets to keep their wealth and who shouldn't?
Assuming your questions are not merely a rhetorical device I shall answer them seriously.
1) Does a woman have a right to be wealthy?
Government should be so limited as to be unable to prevent women from becoming wealthy. (That's my opinion, not a fact.)
Rights, to me are not a property of individuals but the prohibitions on the exercise of power by "authority."
I have no objection to women being wealthy.
2) How about if she earned it?
I think those who earn wealth deserve to be wealthy. (Opinion, not fact.)
3) How about if her husband earned it?
Then he deserves to be wealthy. That says nothing about his family. If he chooses to give wealth to his wife, then she would have wealth. I don't mind that either. Neither should the government mind. (Opinion, not fact.)
4) Should the government have control over who gets to keep their wealth and who shouldn't?
Under some circumstances the government should (my opinion) have the power to decide who gets to keep their wealth and who should not. The government has the power in all situations so the exercise of this power is not always (usually?) what it should be.
Examples:
Person A steals (or fraud or extortion or other illegal means) wealth from person B. The government should have the power to return that wealth to person A.
Person A and person B are kin of wealthy person C who dies intestate. The government should have the power to say how much wealth person A gets and how much person B gets if any.
There are others but these give you the idea of what kind of situations.
In my system there are no situations in which the government makes any such decisions. I prefer my system. :-)
