If Bill Gates REALLY wanted to help....

Instead of contributing to vaccinations being given to children who are malnourished and lack clean water, why doesn't Gates take a lesson from these people?  If he REALLY is a humanitarian, instead of causing more death and disease, why not help these people be healthy and more self sufficient?   Is it because his purpose is actually to reduce the population of the "useless eaters"?

I hadn't really given it much thought either, so I was glad to see that article/blog. What they are doing makes far more sense than the agenda Gates and his ilk are following.
