'The Young and the Restless': Billy Tells Phyllis He has to Let Her Go

On today's episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis pops into Restless Style. Both Billy and Victoria are there. She tells Billy and Victoria the moment is an awkward one. She apologizes to Victoria for embarrassing the family. Victoria insists she isn't the first to do that. She also apologized to Billy for embarrassing the magazine. She told him she intended to make things up to him by diving back in. Billy tells her he's sorry, but he can't let her do that. A shocked Phyllis can't believe what she is hearing.
