Entropy (order always moves to disorder) and the building of almost any political structure in the world will see entropy just like sand castles built on the beach.
Sand Castles always look nice at first however the law also includes time and in a day that sand castle still may look fine but in a week one can see a few changes, in a month one will see major changes and in a year the order of that sand castle is total disorder as the sand is now all over the beach.
There is no way anymore that sand castle can be built again by nature. We humans think that because we have molds and tools that we can build that political sand castle again. However we can’t as the sand in the disorder with time and the wind can’t ever be found again to be built again. Different sand from different places on the beach and other sand must be used in out molds and tools.

This is also the explanation of wealth and the disorganization of wealth in the future and also why guns are used. The wealthy will die and the wealth will become disorganized over time, wealth will always be moving into the disorder and not the order. A good example of that these days is the Drug Trade and the wealth involved in that.
Actually, all the oxygen molecules could be in the top left corner of the room and I'd never notice. For one thing they would be concentrated there for only an instant. For another the air pressure on me would not change. I could still inhale and exhale. Several such breaths would not deplete my internal oxygen stores.
Of course the odds of those oxygen molecules being there are incredibly small. It would take a while to write out the number for even a small room.

The concentration of wealth is more like termite mounds. They sprout from what is initially almost random actions by the termites which begin to take on form and the more successful forms gain the most attention until the mound is one. Then the mound gets quite large and can outlast the residents of the mound by quite a time before entropy reclaims the components of the mound.
Money "gravitates" to money. An even distribution of money is inherently unstable. So clumps and piles of money get started. Larger clumps take over smaller clumps until there are only a few very large piles of money. But, as you say, disorder due to money not being controllable causes piles to crumble and fall to pieces which begin to clump up again as before. There are also states in which the piles of money get so large and so few that the economy collapses (earthquake?) which distributes the money more evenly (what there is left) and the process starts over.
