Indeed. It seems that the whole world is in turmoil. The one thing that helps me the most is to exert energy on changing the things I can and that one thing is my attitude. To try to change anyone else is a waste of energy,because it simply will not happen. To be able to accept this, although it is sometimes a hard thing to do, brings great peace for me.

I sometimes wonder why it takes us so long to realize that we truly can have peace. It seems I wasted so many years searching while it was there all the time..I didn't stop to smell the rose. I was searching for a diamond.
