Pippa Middleton has quite a roster of established businessmen she calls "friends." Her friend, Charlie Gilkes, is known for opening an Italian-themed bar called Bunga Bunga.
Gilkes and his business partner, Duncan Stirling, have won a major contract that will allow them to open bars and restaurants near the planned new American embassy located at Vauxhall in London.
The venues are geared towards attracting American patrons.
"There will be an American theme in the final product," Gilkes said. "We're still at the ideas stage as to what the bars will be like, so we're not near names."
Maybe he should ask his good friend, Pippa, what she thinks would be some good names. After all, she's in the party planning and socialite business. The sister to Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, just might know a thing or two about that.
Pippa Middleton, on the other hand, has kept a clean record since the Paris gun scandal she was embroiled in back in April. She has appeared at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, several weddings, and at Wimbledon when she sat with her sister, Kate, at the Royal Box. Her book -- Celebrate - A Year Of Festivities for Family And Friends -- is out October 25 in time for holiday release.
