Someone finally did a cost analysis of the Republican "jobs bill," you know, the bills to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

CBS finally did an analysis of the cost of the Republicans attempt to repeal the ACA. That, so far, is the only "jobs" bill that the Republicans have put forward.

Can't beat 'em on the money angle. It will take a grass roots motivation to get out the vote. Is the passion there? Can Obama motivate people from the bully pulpit? I'm not the only Progressive who has been disheartened by the Dem's. As Will Rogers said: "I don't belong to an organized party. I'm a Democrat. One thing for sure about the GOP: They ARE organized & united.

Right now, I would give the Democrats an 8 out of 10, but I would give the Republicans about a 5. This has been another bad week for Romney.

Romney will have to self-destruct, which is possible if he is put on the spot to be specific about his goals. As a Progressive, I give Obama a 5. I take heat for having been critical of Obama, but I am far from being alone in my criticism.
