Raw 1000 is just over a week away, and the owner of the WWE is going all out to make the show a spectacular. Bleacher Report have indicated that Vince McMahon is forgetting all politics, all the rules, all the policies, and more to make sure the 1000th airing of Monday Night Raw is as much of a success as it possibly can be. As reported earlier, Degeneration X, Brock Lesnar, and The Rock are all scheduled to appear, and McMahon has stated that "he will do anything" to get as many star names penned down for the show as he can. Earlier this week, Mick Foley confirmed he will be at the event, but other high-profile names like Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker are yet to be confirmed.
Vince McMahon is also not letting certain personal issues between superstars behind the scenes hold his plans back; it has been reported that McMahon simply doesn't care about any heat between the likes of Brock Lesnar and John Cena, nor the intense anger amongst almost the entire company that Randy Orton has been copping recently, especially from WWE Champion CM Punk who reportedly wants Orton out of the company.
It is a monumental achievement not only for the WWE, but also for Vince McMahon himself with the upcoming 1000th episode of Raw. Let's not forget what a risk McMahon took way back in the early '90s when he took his then World Wrestling Federation to a national level, when before wrestling had been a territorial affair. Many people said McMahon and his company would crash and burn within months, and now in July of 2012, Vince McMahon and the WWE remain the world's largest entertainment organisation, one that will never be toppled.
