Is that a fair attack?
EVERYTHING built and done in America these days is going to use many parts made overseas, and that's the only way we can get the parts. It's been that way for decades now.
So, if stimulus projects for America also involve parts from around the world, does that make the projects not count (or even make the projects bad)???

... "If there's an outsourcer in chief, it's the President of the United States, not the guy who's running to replace him," Romney said at a campaign event in Grand Junction.
The arguments from Romney and the RNC come as a Washington Post report from Tuesday detailed what they call unfulfilled promises by the president to overhaul the tax code to discourage companies from moving jobs overseas.
Romney and the RNC seem incapable of connecting the offense with how the offense was taken. They can't even manage a proper counter-attack.
The answer to the question is: "YES". However this is the only way our economy works. "Outsourcing is good for America", as GW used to say...
The reality is that he is not outsourcing anything. All orders are place with the headquarters of most of the companies, which are located in the United States.
Everyone who buys a product, made by an American company can read on the label: "Company XYZ with the headquarters in Evenston Illinois, and manufacturing facilities in China"...
It will be very hard today to separate the companies whose manufacturing facilities are in China and the others which are in America...
I ordered an HP product in the past. It was ordered some place on the West Coast, however the computer was shipped FedEx, three days from.... Shanghai... China... The return label, postpaid was to the same destination overseas...
It is time the GOP and Romney should learn that off shore accounts for making investments, are not even outsourcing. They are simply places used to shield the US taxes, although I can't really understand how is this possible, because the money was made in US, and should be taxed in US, let alone the income from that money that is spent in USA, hopefully... Unless his properties in the US are actually not in USA and he owes no money...
We should not forget that GW used unprecedented tactics in his campaigns, taking American values, reducing them to nothing, and turning them into a liability against his opponents.
John Carry was a decorated war hero, who went to Vietnam and fought. He saved the lives of his people and he did not try to avoid the war in the shameless way GW did. Yet, GW was treated like a war hero, while John Carry was dragged into the mud... No one was able to trace GW during his military service, John Carry had film footage from the era, but no one was interested...
So, what else is new?
Before November, we will also hear that Romney is an astute businessman who made from nothing half a billion dollars, while Obama is a person who can't show such an impressive business record, and that is why he has not money in offshore accounts.
Just wait and see...
