Tom and Katie Divorce: What About Suri?

Following the announcement that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are going through with their divorce settlement earlier today, TMZ has found out what actually lies in the most important part: what happens now with little Suri:

Katie more or less has “primary physical custody”, but Tom has “significant custodial time”.

A report claimed that Suri must be in the presence of Katie’s bodyguard and nanny when she is around Tom. It was deemed false.

Part of the custodial previsions even go as far as to express what happens with Suri religiously: “…there are restrictions on what Tom and Katie can discuss with Suri on the subject of religion, including Scientology, however, those restrictions are eased the older Suri gets.”

Though the bulletpoints aren’t massive, they were told that the full agreement is “extremely detailed” and pretty much details everything for years to come.

Sounds like Suri isn’t going to have the easiest time growing up, but I still wish the best for the little one.
