Did not know the Bank of Montreal is now a museum. Have never seen it. It looks quite a bit like a building that was bombed in 1969, the Montreal Stock Exchange. You might remember reading about it, although many in the US did not hear much about it. That was one of the earliest attacks by the FLQ, The Federation pour Liberation du Quebec.
Have never been to the Etienne Cartier museum
Curious about that old home. I will look it up. I was on a site that had 3,000 buildings in Montreal. Some are like this one on Guy. Very old and interesting.
The street in Old Montreal looked like it was probably St. Paul Est. Ring a bell?
Love crepes. Notre Dame is a fascinating place. It used to be free to walk around in.
