Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez: Should They Stay Together or Break Up?

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are apparently still very much an item, despite rumors of trouble in pop-sensation paradise for the "Boyfriend" singer and his starlet girlfriend. The situation was touch and go for a short time, amid reports of fights and a potential split between the couple, who has remarkably and relatively uninhibitedly shared their PDA-packed romance with all their fans and Twitter followers—and the paparazzi.

But the false break-up alarm has begged the question: Should Jelena stay together or is it time for them to really go their separate ways?

Hollywood Life, for one, definitely is taking sides and thinks that, although they are still young, Bieber and Gomez are a perfect match made in superstardom. And the site has a substantial list of reason why they should keep kissing for the cameras.

While the site doesn't mention it, from a purely physical and, yes, completely shallow standpoint, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez look great together. The cute-cum-handsome Canadian and the adorable-turned-sexy Latin entertainer complement each other!

More substantially, though, the pair have already made so many wonderful memories together. From their international travels and rendezvous around the world to visiting each other while they're playing long-distance relationship thing (Bieber recently went to Florida to see Gomez while she was filming Spring Breakers; she jetted back to Los Angeles for his big 18th birthday bash), they have so far packed lots of meaningful moments into their romance.

Of course, part of those memories include some of the rather extravagant dates they've shared that go way beyond dinner and a movie. Bieber famously rented out Staples Center for a private screening of Titanic. So dreamy!

But, there's much more to a successful relationship than a jet-set lifestyle and cool date nights—and money cannot buy love. Hollywood Life thinks so, too, and highlights that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez should also stay together because they share similar values and a strong work ethic and have supported each other throughout the good times and the bad.

What comes to mind here, among many things, is Bieber's support of Gomez when her mom suffered a miscarriage, as well as her uncompromising backing of the Biebs when he was dealing with all the ludicrous baby daddy drama with Mariah Yeater.

As well, both pop sensations have an intrinsic understanding of the bright and sometimes brash and unforgiving spotlight of fame. They're dealing with the same gossip-y rumors, the same shutterbugs and the same pressures of the business, so that's no doubt a tie that binds them together.
