The cause of death for actress Natalie Wood has changed from "Accidental" to "Undetermined." Natalie Wood definetley drowned, but under what circumstances. She was drinking with her husband, Robert Wagner and actor Christopher Walken who was onboard.
When the body was found, she had bruises that were inconsistent with drowning, so in late June of this year, the cause of death has changed to "undetermined."
The party was being held aboard a boat, and the group were drinking heavily. Many believe that Natalie Wood's death was not an accident because Woods feared the water and didn't swim. Natalie Wood's sister has long argued the death was not an accident. Natalie Wood died November 29, 1981 off the Catalina and amid much speculation.
According to Fox News, "Wood died November 29, 1981 after an alcohol-fueled party on a boat off Catalina with Robert Wagner and Christopher Walken on board."
I have always believed there was more to this drowning than detectives said. I hope the true cause may one day be revealed.
